Just a quick note to let you know that the new pool service provider is EXCELLENT.With the previous company I was receiving bills from $75 to $160 each time! The service dates were also inconsistent, ranging from 2 weeks to more than 5 weeks between visits. 

In stark contrast Darren from Jim’s Pool Care did a thorough check on his first visit. I discussed the large bills with him from the prior company and he said that would usually only happen if the equipment was faulty. So he went and checked the equipment just to make sure, and said everything seemed to be in order. He also advised if they were tipping extremely high levels of chemicals into the pool we should have been told – and stayed out of the water for at least 24 hours (it was summer and the children were swimming daily). 

Furthermore Darren stayed and did a manual vacuum of the pool – something I had never seen done previously. 

And when I got my bill for the chemicals – it was just $38.50. Brilliant.

I just wanted to let you know, it is always good to know when you have a great tradesman.
