2016 Franchisees of the Year Visit Melbourne

In June this year, Jim’s Pool Care was delighted to take its 2016 Franchisees of the Year to Melbourne (from Perth) as part of their impressive prize package.  Ashley and Summer Hale, were presented with their award, Franchisees of the Year, at the 2016 Jim’s Pool Care Annual Conference and National Awards held on the Gold Coast last year.

As owners of the Jim’s Pool Care Franchise in South Lake, Perth, the award specifically recognised their enthusiasm, professionalism and attitude towards Jim’s Pool Care and growing a new business.  “At the Awards Ceremony we had a red carpet entrance and a night of fun and celebrations,” says Brett Blair, General Manager of Jim’s Pool Care.  “It was a wonderful night and as a team we were able to celebrate the top achievers in our group.  The standard is rising each year so it is competitive, and I congratulate Ashley and Summer on their success this past year.”

During their luxury weekend away in Melbourne, Ashley and his family were hosted by Astral Pool at its new $40million custom-built factory for manufacturing pool equipment.  They had the opportunity to learn about the Astral Pool business and its facilities, a first-class example of the quality suppliers which partner with Jim’s Pool Care.  Ashley Hale commented, “to be able to see the products being manufactured and the strict quality control that they have in place reinforces our belief that we are providing the best possible products to our customers.”

When asked about how he and his partner have built their successful business, Ashley Hale says, “We pride ourselves on our customer service.  We have been operating for almost three years and in that short time we have experienced exponential growth.  We arrive to appointments when we say we will, return calls in a timely manner, and answer all emails promptly.  We aim to supply the best quality and most suitable solutions to our customers’ issues and maintain a good relationship with our clients to ensure they come back and pass on referral work.”

Jim’s Pool Care now has 90 mobile pool shops around Australia and their National Awards night brought a great turnout from franchise owners and their partners, says General Manager Brett Blair.  Jim’s Pool Care continues to target potential growth areas around Australia and will be well on the way to 100 mobile pool shops in 2017, Blair said.

And what does the future have in store for Ashley and his award-winning business?  “As our young family grows we will have more time to focus on the business growth and aim to expand it further.  We want to maintain our reputation in the local community as a small family business that can be competitive and deliver the solutions our customers want.”
