We are passionate at Jim’s about ensuring new and existing franchisees get access to plenty of support. Along with our great support team you will be invited to many team meetings, regular supplier training on the latest products and also encouraged to pursue professional development.

These training sessions are part of your agreement and ensure you are staying up to date with the range of products and chemicals you will sell, but also an excellent way to network with your fellow Franchise owners. So many great ideas, hints and tips to share at these meetings.
Our team meetings are also a great opportunity to just catchup with your fellow business owners, get out of your business for a few hours and have a chat.

At Jim’s Pool Care we are passionate about franchisees learning, sharing and growing to be the best they can be. To help facilitate this Jim’s Pool Care Head Office every few years coordinate, with the help of Regional Franchisors, a National Conference. These are great events where we all come together to learn, share our ideas and experiences. We often get motivational speakers or sales experts and coaches involved for special presentations and we also invite along our great team of suppliers. Some years you may have a local Regional Conference / Training also.
