About Me

Hi, I’m Jason, and I’ve been part of the Jim’s Pool Care team since 2016. I started as the first franchisee on the Central Coast in Umina Beach, and in 2019, I took the exciting step of becoming a regional franchisor. Today, I continue to run my own successful franchise while proudly supporting 15 franchisees across our vibrant region.

My Journey with Jim’s Pool Care

When I joined Jim’s Pool Care in 2016, I was looking for more flexibility in life and a solid income. I quickly saw the value the brand offered, not just in terms of business, but also lifestyle and flexibility. After three years as a hands-on franchisee, I saw the opportunity to give back and help others grow by becoming a franchisor. It’s been incredibly rewarding to guide others into business ownership and help and watch them succeed.

Supporting My Franchisees

From the very first enquiry, I’m here to support and guide new franchisees. I help answer questions, ease concerns, and walk alongside them as they take the leap into business ownership. My support includes:

• One-on-one guidance from day one
• Personalised in-field training
• Help with business setup and initial operations
• Regular franchisee meetings with training sessions and supplier support
• Ongoing phone and in-field assistance whenever it’s needed

I pride myself on being approachable, responsive, and truly invested in every franchisee’s success.

You don’t need pool industry experience to succeed here. I’ve trained people from all walks of life, including those brand new to running a business. What matters is your willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and a customer-first mindset.
