We sat down with Jeremy and asked him a few questions regarding his pool care business journey over the past 10 Years:
Why did you join the Jim’s Pool Care team?
I was an Engineer out of work, looking for a new challenge and some employment. Brett offered to sell me half of his existing business.
What is the hard part of starting a pool care business?
Lots of stuff to organise and get your head around.
What motivates you each day to get out there and grow or improve it?
An increasing turnover figure at the end of the financial year and keeping my regulars happy.
What you really like about the business?
I love working outdoors, and I love being my own boss.
Where you see yourself/your swimming pool business in coming years?
I want to maintain or improve the current turnover for the next few years as it is quite good. I am also considering options towards retirement.
