The SPASA Australia Awards of Excellence are the industries most prestigious awards, celebrating the achievements of swimming pool and spa professionals from construction, manufacturing, design, products, supply, retail and service. Each year attracts entries from every region in Australia and provides the only Australia-wide opportunity to showcase their best efforts to not only their peers, but also to their industry, government and local community. In other words, these awards are the ultimate recognition of being leaders in their field.

In saying that, Jim’s Pool Care Australia would like to extend a huge congratulations to Ashley and Summer Hale for winning not one, but two awards for their region in Western Australia. They secured the 2020 SPASA WA Service Technician of the Year Award and the 2020 SPASA WA Pool & Spa Service Business of the Year.

We asked Ashley and Summer to write a few words on what this award means for them and their business: “We are absolutely delighted with the two Awards we have won at the SPASA WA Gala Awards. We are very lucky to have a business that we both thoroughly enjoy running which I think is the reason for our success. When you enjoy your work and you can see the personal reward it makes work-life a lot easier. We have managed to grow our business with a fantastic client base that are a pleasure to work with. I think our friendly approach to customers is very well received and customers can relate to a small family business rather than a large corporation. The training and support we have received from Jims Pool Care, SPASA, and the on-going training from suppliers is a valuable tool to helping us achieve our goals. We are looking forward to another busy season ahead and growing and developing our business further.”
