Jim’s Pool Care felt honoured to receive National Awards for Service at the Jim’s Annual Awards Ceremony. The awards were organized by the Jim’s Group and they are a great opportunity for the Leaders of each Division to get direct feedback from their franchisees.
This is not the first time Jim’s Pool Care won numerous awards at the Jim’s Group Annual Awards night. The awards are decided by the Jim’s Group, who surveys each franchisee every year and gets direct feedback on how their Regional franchisor is supporting them. This support includes the training they receive, the quality of the support phone calls received, etc… This is a fantastic opportunity for each Division Head to get direct feedback from their franchisee team.
General manager of Jim’s Pool Care, Brett Blair, was excited for his team to receive so many awards: “I am very proud of the awards received this year by my National Franchisor Team. Supporting your franchisees is crucial to their success. We had nine Pool Care Franchisors recognised by their franchisees as providing gold level support or higher, this is a great achievement and shows how much we want our franchisees to succeed in their businesses and in reaching their goals”.
Jim Penmen, the original businessman behind the Jim’s Group, has been spending more time in making himself available to anyone interested in franchising. Not to mention his live Facebook chats that he has been conducting on a weekly basis for his franchisees.
Jim spoke to us at the Awards Ceremony: “the annual Franchisor Support awards are an important part of my business. I love seeing people recognised for the effort they put into supporting the franchisees. The Pool Care Division has consistently grown year on year and has always featured well on my awards list and I know Brett is doing a great job in driving that high level of support to his franchisees.”
The progress of the Jim’s Franchise Group is outstanding when considering that the Jim’s Group now has more than 40 Divisions (Jim’s Cleaning, Jim’s Antennas, Jim’s Dog Wash) with over 3800 Franchisees Australia wide.
